Workmanship Guarantee and Returns Policy

At Anchorfish Printing and Embroidery we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If, however, you encounter any workmanship issues with your order, we are committed to addressing them promptly and efficiently. Please review our workmanship guarantee and returns policy below:

1. Workmanship Guarantee:

We stand by the quality of our products. If there are any workmanship issues with your order, we will, at our sole discretion, offer either a refund or replacement for the affected items at no additional charge.

Workmanship issues include defects or errors in the printing process, such as misprints, ink smudges, or color discrepancies.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear or abuse of the product.

2. Reporting an Issue:

To initiate the resolution process, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact our customer service team via email at orders@anchorfishprinting.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Detailed description of the workmanship issue
  • Clear photographs or images illustrating the problem

3. Return Process:

In some cases, we may need to physically inspect the items to identify the issue. If this is required, we will arrange for the return of the affected items.

If we can identify the issue through email correspondence and photos, we will send a UPS Call tag to facilitate the return of the items. This means we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

Please follow the instructions provided with the UPS Call tag to return the items to us.

4. Refund or Replacement:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will determine whether they qualify for a refund or replacement.

If we confirm a workmanship failure, we will proceed with the agreed-upon resolution (refund or replacement).

If the issue is deemed to result from normal wear and tear or abuse, no refunds or replacements will be given, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
